Our Yoga Retreats
After three years of unforgettable, sold-out retreats under the olive trees in Puglia, we are expanding our horizons for 2027.
While our heart remains rooted in the south, we are bringing our signature retreat experience to a differents landscape: Courmayeur, set in the breathtaking heart of the Italian Alps.
Courmayeur is in Valle d'Aosta, a region Amalia has returned to with her family for years, spending seasons exploring its mountain trails, gathering around alpine tables, and discovering its most authentic corners. Now, she is bringing you into that inner circle.
While both retreats center around intuitive movement, nourishing meals, and warm Italian hospitality, they offer entirely distinct environments, paces, and inclusions.

Puglia: Family Masseria & Seaside Towns
july 25-30th, 2027
The Vibe: Grounding, familial, and effortless.
This retreat is designed around the Italian art of dolce far niente (the sweetness of doing nothing). Based in a private historic masseria just minutes from the coast, your days revolve around gentle morning movement, sunlit afternoons by the pool, and easy trips to the sea or nearby towns.
Who it is for: Anyone seeking to slow down, soak up the southern sun, swim in the sea, and enjoy lazy, long family-style dinners amidst the olive trees.
Included focus: Morning and evening yoga sessions, masseria accommodations on ancient agricultural lands, private coastal dining, and unstructured free time.
