Choose your cooking class : Pasta Level 1 (Egg Pasta and Semolina Pasta), Ravioli or Gnocchi.
For who?
The perfect gift idea for a friend, a mom, a partner. Email me if you need a gift card. The group will be small, maximum 5 people.
How?
Classes will be about 3 hours long.
Aprons and recipe cards provided.
When?
Morning classes, 10-1pm.

TAILORED CLASS
Choose your cooking class : Egg Pasta or Semolina pasta
For who?
Perfect idea for girls' night, couples, groups of friends or family. The group will be bigger, minimum 5 people.
How?
Classes will be about 2 hours long. We will make one of the two dought in two pasta shapes.
You will eat the pasta at the end of the class.
When?

Class is 100$ per person

TEAM BUILDING
Choose your cooking class : Semolina Pasta or Ravioli
For who?
Motivate and connect your team with the rewarding, sensory experience of pasta making! The winner will get a prize! Ideal for sales and creative groups. Minimum group size of 8.
How?
Classes will be about 3 hours long. We will make Orecchiette for Semolina class or ravioli.
You will eat the pasta at the end of the class.
When?

Chef Amalia welcomed us into her beautiful home. There she explained step by step processes to make egg and eggless pasta. The class was personal and hands on. Her instruction made it fun and effortless. We took home 3 different pasta ‘shapes’, as she instructed us on the use of several different pasta tools.
